Each Area has been set up to receive local management with local teams lead by a tested Area Manager. When the snow falls heavy, they have surrounding teams to support one another.
All these resources to clear your roadways and parking lots are tracked through live gps maps and routing coordinators. This keeps your roadways serviced to whatever level of service you are looking for. We care for the cost-conscious clients who require clearing after the snow fall to high end clients that never want to see blacktop disappear.
Its all in our careful practice of communication. Understanding your needs and implementing the resources of snowplows, salters, shovelers, bobcats or even large loaders to get the job done.
We look for slow growth to allow a highly skilled team to grow alongside the slow introduction of new clients over each season. Every return client has priority of service before excepting new contracts.
Team building and training is a high priority.
Each year, every employee goes through our Proper Tree University Snow Training to improve abilities. Most of the training is provided by SIMA. An international organization that ensures our drivers are fully prepared and certified for current standards of OSHA and Ansi.
Site planning happens on a small area level. Plow drivers will always have a good understanding before showing up to you site.
With every approaching storm, we send out a Weather alert to suggest several different attack plans. This gives the customers a chance to change level of services due to their site-specific needs.
